What data are we seeking to collect through this survey?

Armstrong Storytelling Trust seeks to collect the following data:

  • Name, email address, phone number, address, etc.
  • Individuals’ storytelling experience
  • Information on how significant for individuals their earnings from storytelling are
  • Information on how much time people spend storytelling
  • Information on which audiences are most important for storytellers
  • Information on accreditation status
  • Information on training needs
  • Information on how Armstrong Storytelling Trust has contributed to the development of storytellers
  • The views of storytellers on the future direction of Armstrong Storytelling Trust
How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Armstrong Storytelling Trust with most of the data we collect, when you:

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Send email responses to the Storytellers’ Survey 2021

Armstrong Storytelling Trust may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

  • Attendance records from previous training courses
How will we use your data?

Armstrong Storytelling Trust collects the data in this survey so that we can:

  • Determine future training needs
  • Provide meaningful information to potential funders
  • Help us to develop and maintain a record of people who can carry out work for the Trust

If you agree, Armstrong Storytelling Trust will share your data with our partner companies so that we may recommend you for work or for training.

Armstrong Storytelling Trust saves your responses in the Drive account of the survey designer.

Armstrong Storytelling Trust will keep your survey responses indefinitely, or until you request that it be removed from our records.

Marketing

We will not sell your data, or otherwise offer it to any company for the purposes of marketing of any kind.
